As a Foreign Legal Consultant Office, we are not permitted under the existing law of the Republic of Korea (Korean law) to advise on Korean law. Where advice on Korean law is required, we will liaise with, and work alongside, an instructed Korean law firm accordingly, and continue to provide non-Korean law legal advice.
