Nick has worked for Allen & Overy in London, Beijing and Hong Kong and specialises in advising creditors, debtors and other stakeholders on cross-border debt restructurings and insolvencies.

Nick's recent work includes advising the Mediapro group (Imagina Media Audiovisual) on its recapitalisation and subsequent refinancing, advising the Intralot group on its liability management transactions and advising the KCA Deutag group on its balance sheet restructuring. Nick also regularly acts for funds and alternative asset managers on distressed investments and special situations. He was named a Rising Star at the IFLR Europe Awards 2020 and a Rising Star for Restructuring and Insolvency at the Euromoney Rising Star Awards in 2020.

Earlier in his career, Nick spent time on secondment to Deutsche Bank in London, working principally on workouts of non-performing commercial real estate financings.
