Carole is a counsel and the Knowledge Lawyer (KL) in our Financial Services Regulatory practice. She is, among others, coordinating our Know-How management in relation to regulatory matters, including payment services, Fintech & crypto-asset services, investment/broker dealer services, prudential & governance issues and AML/KYC topics.
Carole is a member of several working groups within the Luxembourg Bankers' Association (ABBL).
She is also an active member of our FinTech task force, supporting a wide range of clients, from established financial institutions to start-ups developing innovative solutions.
