Angela is a partner and Head of Advanced Delivery - Legal Services (ADL). Prior to heading our ADL team, Angela was a partner in our Securitisation group for 19 years, working on many market leading transactions (including market firsts for the creation of UK covered bonds and UK master trusts).
Angela's expertise was recognised when she won Best in Structured Finance in the Europe Women in Business Law Awards in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
Angela is co-Global Head of our Bank Sector Group and she sits on a number of internal committees in the firm. She was a member of the global Allen & Overy Board from 2014-2018. She is interested in diversity and inclusion initiatives and developing innovation in the legal industry.
