James specialises in all aspects of corporate tax including the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and reconstructions and investment funds and also tax issues relating to financing transactions, such as securitisations and structured finance. James has a particular focus on the real estate sector. His experience covers a broad range of real estate and real estate finance transactions, including providing tax advice in relation to the establishment and operation of real estate funds, joint ventures and other structures for real estate developments and investments.
