Caroline advises both borrowers and lenders on a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on real estate financing.
Her experience covers domestic and international transactions for all classes of assets, with a particular emphasis on complex and high-profile structuring (senior/mezzanine financings, bond financings, financing involving double luxco structures, fiducie, CMBS, loan portfolio trades, etc…). Caroline also has experience working on general lending transactions, securitisations, asset financings and project financings.
Caroline Delavet has co-funded a network group named '17%' dedicated to the women involved in the Real Estate sector. The group already gather 250 women.
