Pietro advises financial institutions, private capital providers and corporate entities on the full spectrum of securitisation and structured finance matters, including direct lending and syndication of loans via securitisation SPVs, acquisition and financing of distressed exposures, securitisations for liquidity and capital relief purposes (both cash and on-balance sheet), asset-backed financing and covered bond programmes.
In addition to assisting with the structuring of the transactions, Pietro provides advice on complex EU and Italian regulations affecting the securitisation and the covered bond market.
His practice is recognised under Band 1 in all leading legal directories. Individually, Pietro is ranked under Band 3 in Chambers and Partners, as Next Generation Partner in The Legal 500 and as rising star in IFLR1000.
