Hij heeft ervaring in verschillende rechtsgebieden, waaronder fusies en overnames (M&A), private equity, algemene en commerciële contracten, Nederlands en Europees mededingingsrecht, US antitrust law, en regulatoire kwesties (met name op gebied van luchtvaart, energie en telecom). Hij heeft zes maanden gewerkt op de antitrust afdeling van het kantoor van Allen & Overy in Washington D.C. Pieter is afgestudeerd aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen en werkt sinds 2010 bij Allen & Overy.
