Pavel is a member of the Allen & Overy Prague banking and finance team. He focuses on corporate lending and other banking transactions. He has extensive experience with domestic and cross-border financial transactions, advising clients, both lenders and borrowers, on acquisition, real estate and export financings and general lending.
Pavel regularly advises clients in the area of factoring and securitisation. He was seconded to a leading Czech bank and, in the area of dispute resolution, represented clients in a number of proceedings, including before the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. Pavel is ranked as a Rising Star for Banking and Finance by IFLR1000.
