Michaela has extensive experience advising on corporate, real estate, M&A and employment matters.
After graduating from the Pan-European University in 2015, she worked at leading international law firms in Slovakia. She has been involved in a number of cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and mergers. Michaela also advises employers on the full range of employment law issues, including employment restructurings and employee transfers and redundancies.
