Marek has broad experience acting for managers, arrangers and issuers on a wide range of debt capital markets transactions, including standalone bonds, Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programmes, green bonds, covered bonds, regulatory capital and liability management (namely consent solicitations and exchange offers). He also advised issuers on initial public offerings.
Marek has further cross-practice experience with advising (i) investors on venture capital investments in the technology sector, (ii) lenders on general lending and real estate financing transactions and (iii) buyers and sellers on cross-border acquisitions.
