Konrad is an advocate and senior associate in the A&O Warsaw banking and finance department.
He has extensive experience (both domestic and international) in project finance, acquisition finance and leveraged finance, as well in restructuring and refinancing of existing indebtedness. Konrad has worked for a number of borrowers, banks and syndicates of financial institutions across a variety of sectors, including energy, coal and solar.

Konrad holds a master's degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University. He has also completed the Center for American Law Studies organized by Warsaw University Faculty of Law and Administration in cooperation with University of Florida Levin College of Law. In 2009 Konrad spent six months in Rotterdam on a student exchange programme.
