Edyta advises clients on all aspects of Polish and EU competition law, consumer protection, unfair use of contractual advantage and foreign direct investment control. She represents clients before both the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the European Commission. Edyta regularly advises on complex domestic and international projects and global merger control, and has extensive experience in the telecommunications, oil & gas, energy and retail sectors in particular.
