On 5 February 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic authorised the Czech Bar Association to carry out out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes in the area of disputes between attorneys-at-law and consumers from agreements on providing of legal services (pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on protection of consumers, as amended). • Using an Internal Reporting System to the Designated Person Prokop Verner. Reports to him can be made in person, via phone (+420 222 107 140/+420 724 262 415), in writing (by e-mail to prokop.verner@allenovery.com or by submitting the report to the reception in an envelope marked as „CONFIDENTIAL“). The report can be anonymous.
• To the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic in person, by phone, in writing or by other means designated by the Ministry.
