Peter’s practice consists of a wide range of corporate matters, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border) and joint ventures / co-investments, and the establishment and operation of Luxembourg investment platforms for alternative investment managers.

He regularly acts as the key point of contact for clients, coordinating specialist teams as needed, both in relation to Luxembourg structures and also the investments that are carried out from those structures. He was seconded to a FTSE 100 company in Luxembourg in 2006 and joined Allen & Overy in Luxembourg in 2010.

Peter is a member of the global board of Allen & Overy, a member of the board of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA), and a regular speaker at seminars in Luxembourg and the surrounding area on a broad range of topics, including recently on trends in the private capital space, M&A trends, recent developments in Luxembourg corporate law, and directors’ duties under Luxembourg law.
