Lukáš has experience in advising on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financings, including transaction structuring and preparation of finance documentation. He has participated in a number of projects involving financing of acquisitions, export, working capital or mezzanine financing. Lukáš specializes in Czech and European insolvency law and out-of-court debt restructuring.
