Jennifer is Counsel in the International Capital Markets practice and Head of London Central ICM Know-How. She focuses primarily on general debt capital markets matters and has a range of capital markets experience.

She is actively involved in various industry working groups on debt capital market issues, including the impact of the prospectus and market abuse regimes and Brexit on the markets, and has held the pen on aspects of industry standard documentation. Jennifer is a regular speaker on our internal and external training programmes and is responsible for our general debt capital markets standard form precedents.
