Michael, LL.M. oec. int., regularly advises on complex national and cross-border real estate and M&A transactions.

Besides the sale and purchase of real estate portfolios and individual properties (by way of asset as well as share deals), this includes in particular the organisation of joint ventures and other contractual relationships in connection with the transaction. Furthermore, he advises national and international organisations on all matters regarding corporate law with a focus on limited liability company and limited partnership law as well as group and transformation law including corporate disputes.

Dr Fink is a member of our Alternative Investments Group.
