Valentina focuses on banking, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, debt capital markets and real estate finance, advising financial sponsors, principal investors, lenders and borrowers in the Italian market and in cross-border transactions.
She has been involved in a number of complex and significant finance transactions carried out in Italy advising major Italian and international corporations and financial institutions. Before joining the firm, Valentina practiced in another prestigious Italian law firm.
