Khalid is Allen & Overy’s interim Global Managing Partner and Regional Managing Partner for Middle East and Turkey. He has been in the UAE since 2000 and is one of the region’s most highly regarded and well respected M&A and ECM practitioners.
Khalid is experienced in general corporate and corporate finance work, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, international equity offerings and IPOs.
Khalid is ranked in Band 1 by Chambers Global 2023 across four separate categories: Corporate/M&A (UAE), Capital Markets (UAE), Corporate/M&A (Middle East) and Capital Markets (Middle East).
