Roxane Gallais

Roxane focuses her practice on asset management matters.

She has completed several internships in the legal departments of major French and European investment managers, during which she participated in the setting-up, structuring and marketing of alternative investment funds (real estate funds, debt funds, private equity funds).

Roxane also had the opportunity, during internships in law firms, to deal with the regulatory issues related to the activity of fund managers.
