Marie traite tout type de litiges, en particulier ceux relatifs aux traités et arbitrages d’investissement, notamment dans le secteur des ressources et de l’énergie. Marie dirige le département Arbitrage d'Allen & Overy au niveau mondial et co-dirige le groupe Energie. Elle conseille et représente ses clients dans des procédures d’arbitrage internationales, qu’elles soient ad hoc ou conduites selon les règlements des principales institutions arbitrales (CCI, CIRDI, CNUDCI, etc…).

Son expertise couvre de nombreux domaines notamment les secteurs du gaz, du pétrole et des télécommunications.

Marie est co-présidente du Young International Arbitration Group.
