Luca leads our Public, Administrative and Environmental Law team in Italy. He has significant experience advising domestic and international companies and financial institutions on administrative, environmental, real estate and energy law matters.
This includes managing public procurement aspects and possible litigation issues arising therefrom as well as dealing with the relevant public administration authorities in the context of complex deals across various industry sectors, including real estate, energy, waste management, industrial and manufacturing and life sciences. Luca was awarded “Emerging Lawyer of the Year 2018” at the Italian TopLegal Awards.
