Ka Sen leads Allen & Overy's Australian tax department. He provides expert tax advice across a wide range of areas, including private and public M&A, funds, TMT, projects, energy and resources, infrastructure, financial services and capital markets. He advises on both transactional work and ATO investigations/disputes. Clients appreciate Ka Sen’s ability to reduce complex rules to workable solutions and plain English advice, his “high-quality, commercially minded service” and his ability to think laterally and develop “alternative strategies and solutions” that are “tailored to work for us”.
