Jessica is a senior associate in the banking and projects team in Allen & Overy’s Singapore office. She is experienced in a range of finance transactions, including structured and corporate debt financings, project financings, green financings, syndicated lending, share-backed financings and private credit transactions.
Jessica has extensive experience advising on cross border transactions in developing markets, in particular in Myanmar, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam.
