Dominic advises asset managers on the structuring and establishment of all types of private funds, including real estate, private equity, debt and other liquid and illiquid asset funds, as well as on joint ventures, segregated managed accounts, other investment arrangements and regulatory matters relating to the establishment and operation of funds.
He also has extensive experience advising sovereign, supranational and other institutional investors on their investments into a wide range of public and private funds and other bespoke investment structures.
Dominic was recognised by Legal 500 UK 2020 as a "Rising star" in Real Estate Funds.
