Claire Haydon is an Executive Director in Allen & Overy’s global strategic and regulatory consulting business. She has extensive experience in supporting firms with their governance, compliance, conduct, risk management and regulatory strategy challenges.

Prior to joining A&O Consulting, Claire spent 5 years at Lloyds Banking Group in a number of roles as part of the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk leadership team. This included 3 years as the Group Regulatory Liaison Director, managing the Group's relationships with its UK regulators. Prior to her role at Lloyds, Claire spent 16 years at the UK financial services regulator in a range of banking supervision roles, with her last role being Senior Manager for Regulatory Reform at the FCA.
