Ben Regnard-Weinrabe is a partner in the Financial Services Regulatory practice at Allen & Overy, with a particular focus on fintech, payments, retail banking and consumer finance.

Ben has extensive experience advising on EU and UK law and regulation, products, commercial contracts and transactions for the commercial and retail banking, e-money, payments, virtual currency and consumer finance industries. He also advises on non-sector specific legislation such as unfair terms, money laundering, e-commerce and data protection.

Ben is ranked Band 1 Financial Services: Payments Law UK (Chambers), Band 1 FinTech (Chambers) and Tier 1 FinTech UK (Legal 500).
