Antoine est spécialisé en gestion d’actifs. Il conseille des institutions financières françaises et internationales dans le cadre de la structuration, de la création et de la distribution de fonds d’investissement institutionnels et grand public, ainsi que sur un large éventail de questions réglementaires.
Antoine dispose d’une expérience significative dans la structuration de véhicules d’investissement tels que les fonds de private equity (véhicules français (FCPR/FPCI, FPS/SLP), véhicules luxembourgeois (FIS, FIAR, SICAR), limited partnerships anglo-saxons…), les fonds immobiliers (OPCI/SCPI), les fonds d’infrastructures, les fonds de dette (organisme de titrisation/financement (OT/OFS), ELTIF, FPE), fonds de fonds, les hedge funds onshore et offshore ainsi que les OPCVM. De plus, il assiste des clients institutionnels dans le cadre d’investissements primaires ou de transactions secondaires relatifs à des fonds d’investissement alternatifs.
Il conseille également des gestionnaires de fonds français et internationaux, des entreprises d’investissement, des établissements de crédits, des entreprises d’assurance et d’autres entités financières sur toutes les problématiques réglementaires françaises ou européennes et dans le cadre de leur restructuration, prise de participation ou autres opérations financières.
Enfin, il représente régulièrement des entités financières devant les Autorités réglementaires (AMF/ACPR) sur toutes les questions liées à la réglementation financière, lors de procédures disciplinaires ou dans le cadre de la création et du suivi d’entités réglementées.
Il participe régulièrement à des conférences et séminaires sur les problématiques liées à la structuration de fonds et à la règlementation financière.
