Alexandre has extensive experience in corporate/M&A, commercial and real estate transactions.

He gained versatile technical skills in different corporate/M&A departments of well-known French and international law firms and industrial companies in Europe and the MENA region. He primarily advises international and national high-profile clients, such as industrial operators, private and sovereign investment funds, financial sponsors and public entities, on strategic cross-border and domestic M&A transactions across various sectors, including industry and manufacturing, healthcare, retail, agriculture, banking.

He also has expertise in structuring industrial partnerships, especially in the automotive and food industry, and handles real estate projects, ranging from hotel, residential and mall developments, to acquisitions, disposals and leasing arrangements. Over the years, he has developed a keen interest and good knowledge of legaltech and IA tools which he leverages to benefit his clients.
