Tobias, a German Rechtsanwalt and Master of Laws (U.S.), works in our Structured & Asset Finance group in Frankfurt and provides German banking and finance law advice mainly in the transportation and energy sector, in particular in national and cross-border asset finance and leasing as well as project finance transactions regarding aircraft, rolling stock, vessels, wind parks, solar parks and real estate.
Tobias acts for banks, financiers, airlines, lessors, borrowers, operators, lessees, sponsors and public organisations. He has deep knowledge of market practice and is familiar with a wide range of transaction structures (including all types of debt and lease). His practice also covers aircraft repossessions, general aviation and shipping matters and ship finance restructurings.
