Laetitia Bénard

Sa pratique professionnelle couvre tous les domaines de la propriété intellectuelle, où elle intervient tant en conseil qu’en contentieux, en matière de brevets, marques, de droits d’auteur et de concurrence déloyale notamment. Elle assiste également ses clients dans le secteur pharmaceutique sur les aspects réglementaires et contractuels de leur activité.

Laëtitia est l'auteur de plusieurs chapitres dans l'ouvrage Concurrence, Santé publique, Innovation et Médicaments, de Generic drugs and IP law et de la Question 202 du groupe français de l'AIPPI sur "The impact of public health issues on exclusive patents rights".
