Daniel joined Allen & Overy LLP in 2015 as associate in the Hamburg corporate department after being admitted as German Rechtsanwalt and gaining a German doctorate with his thesis on “the Volume Contract under the Rotterdam Rules” as well as a LL.M. degree (Business, Corporate & Maritime Law) from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Prior to his work as associate, Daniel completed his studies in Hamburg and Sacramento and supported the Hamburg corporate department as legal trainee.
He advises international and domestic companies in all areas of corporate law, with an emphasis on real estate related M&A, renewable energies projects, real estate takeovers and (cross-border) transactions.
