Christian is a partner in our German real estate team based in Hamburg. Christian’s practice covers all conceivable aspects of real estate, from property purchase and project development, through leasing out commercial and residential property, property and asset management and use of real estate collateral, right up to sale transactions and restructurings. Christian’s practice is truly European, frequently dealing with portfolios of properties across up to 17 countries at a time.
Christian is also highly experienced in domestic and international real estate M&A transactions and has enjoyed particular success in the fields of retail and logistics projects. He represents real estate investors and project developers, as well as users and providers of real estate.
Christian is a member of our Alternative Investments Group.
