Giorgia has more than 15 years' experience advising national and international clients on employment related matters, with a focus on employment, collaboration and agency contracts, non-competition agreements and restrictive covenants, managing individual and collective dismissals and settlement agreements with managers and employees.

Giorgia also has significant experience in assisting clients on employment law aspects of corporate M&A deals, as well as in advising on tranfers and international mobility and secondments and on labour law issues related to reorganisation and restructuring processes and industrial and trade union relations. She represents and advises clients both out of court and before employment courts.
