Gadea has experience advising in corporate and M&A transactions of diverse nature, including acquisitions and disposals of companies or assets, share capital increases and reductions and structural modifications such as mergers or carve-outs.

She has assisted in a wide range of transactions to private equity and corporate clients with their main transaction documents, due diligence processes and other general corporate work.

Gadea has worked extensively in complex and cross-border corporate and M&A transactions for leading global players in various sectors including infrastructures, energy, healthcare, technology or real estate.

Representative matters

Global investment organization on the acquisition of Igenomix, one of the world’s leading biotechnology companies based in Valencia (Spain) and a global leader in women’s health and reproductive genetic services for IVF clinics, and on its exit two years later through the sale of Igenomix to Vitrolife.

Global investment organization on the acquisition of a majority stake in Freepik, a platform that offers graphic resources which is based in Málaga (Spain).

Intermediate Capital Group on the 2000 million Euros project to create a global gigant CX and BPO, through the acquisition of Comdata by Konecta.

Bruc Energy on the acquisition from Ingeniería y Planificación Sostenible, S.L.U. of photovoltaic projects in Spain with a total capacity of 1.2 GW.
