She has experience in various sectors, such as life sciences, energy and infrastructure.

She has been involved in several deals, both in Spain and abroad, drafting and negotiating main transaction documents, conducting due diligence and providing board secretary services. She has also assisted clients with joint ventures and commercial contracts.

Abertis Infraestructuras SA in connection with its acquisition of a majority interest in a toll road in Texas from The ACS Group.

Aermont Capital on the sale of a substantial equity stake in TSH Grafton B.V., a provider of hybrid accommodations across over 25 locations in Europe trading under the name The Social Hub (formerly known as The Student Hotel), to a leading sovereign wealth fund and APG which values the company at EUR2.1bn.

Pro bono

Advising Fundación Pro Bono España and Netwomening on the drafting of a legal memo for Afghan refugee women in Spain.
