Our London Employment team consists of three partners, one counsel, two senior associates and a team of associates (as well as trainees and professional support lawyers). Although members of our team have specific interests and areas of expertise, we all work on the full spectrum of employment matters. We consider this is essential to ensuring we can deliver a full service to our clients.  

Everyone in the team is fully committed to delivering excellent quality,    solutions-based advice – even the most junior lawyers are trained to ask at the outset of a matter “what does the client want to achieve” and then to think about how that can be achieved by a risk-managed approach. We encourage team members to really get to know their clients, to meet with them and to speak to them on a regular basis. Not only does this mean we get to learn a lot more about our clients’ businesses, but it also ensures that we are truly embedded as being part of the clients’ solutions.
