Tarek leads A&O Shearman’s activities to attract and recruit talent at the graduate, experienced and partner levels, as well as the deployment of professionals on global mobility assignments around the world.
Having spent most of his career within the professional services sector, he has deep expertise in successfully building commercial recruitment and mobility capabilities within global organisations. Tarek’s work includes developing global resourcing capability and implementing strategies to build our workforce of the future, including within our core legal, advanced delivery and consulting practices.
