He has also advised leading private equity investors, real estate investment firms and other companies on high profile transactions, involving acquisition, project and real estate financing. He has also a wealth of experience in international and cross-border transactions as well as in day-to-day legal issues. Prior to joining the firm Jan worked at a leading international and national law firms for 11 years.
