In the past 12 months, we have advised on the operation of share plans in approximately 75 jurisdictions ranging from Azerbaijan to Australia. Experienced in share plan design, we regularly advise clients on the impact of corporate transactions on share plans. Our proactive analysis of market practice and data enables us to provide our clients with practical and commercial expert advice.
