Walter specialises in syndicated loans and acquisition finance transactions where he acts for banks or borrowers. Recent instructions included syndicated loan transactions for Siemens Gamesa, Daimler AG, Evonik Industries and the Schaeffler Group.

He also advised debtor companies, lenders or investors in financial restructuring transactions, including for the Bartec Group, Treofan and the Austrian Asamer Group. Walter joined the firm in 2002.
