Stephen is the managing partner of our Bangkok office and the head of our Bangkok banking and projects practice. His experience includes advising banks and borrowers in connection with bilateral and syndicated and secured and unsecured financings throughout Asia with particular experience in project and structured finance. He has been at the forefront of the development on various types of projects in Thailand and the Indochina region since the 1990s.

On 5 March 2013 the Parliament of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar agreed to sign up to the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards 1958.
