Stefanie advises clients on a broad range of public law and regulatory matters. One of her focus areas is environmental law, where she advises in particular on permits, environmental liabilities and all matters related to the green transition, such as carbon markets, e-mobility and renewable energies. Another focus of her expertise is on EU product regulations, including in particular REACH and lifecycle regulations, such as the EU’s legislation applicable to packaging, batteries and electronic equipment.

Stefanie is an experienced lawyer having practiced for more than ten years. She works with major international clients across jurisdictions and in various sectors, including the chemical, energy and life science sectors. She advises on a standalone basis as well as in the context of M&A, private equity, banking and finance transactions.

PATRIZIA Infrastructure on entering the ultrafast EV charging sector in Germany.

A consortium of infrastructure investors consisting of a group of financial institutions on the acquisition of a 49.9% stake in the planned 960 MW offshore wind farm "He Dreiht" from EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG.

Fortescue Future Industries on its joint venture with Tree Energy Solutions to develop the Wilhelmshaven energy import terminal.

Friesland Campina on the sale of parts of its German consumer business to Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller.

Pro bono

Advising an organisation pertaining to the transport sector on the set-up of an innovative decarbonisation scheme.
