Reka is a corporate lawyer with a focus on M&A transactions, both private and public.

She has extensive experience in advising clients on complex cross-border deals, involving multiple jurisdictions, regulatory approvals and due diligence. She has also helped listed companies navigate governance, disclosure and capital markets issues, such as IPOs and share capital increases. 

Reka represents a diverse range of clients, from multinational corporations and private equity funds to family-owned businesses. She has experience in various sectors, such as technology, consumer goods, energy and healthcare.

FCC on the EUR965bn sale of 24.99% of its environmental subsidiary, FCC Servicios Medio Ambiente Holding, to the Canadian pension fund CPPIB.

A multinational energy and petrochemical company on the EUR5bn sale of 25% of its upstream business (E&P Exploration & Production) worldwide.

APG, on the creation of a joint venture with Renta Corporación for the creation of the Socimi Wellder, specialized in residences for the elderly. ICG on the sale of Suanfarma to Archimed.

The shareholders of Restaurant Brands Iberia on the EUR1bn sale of Restaurant Brands Iberia to Cinven together with the negotiation of their joint re-investment.

Advising an association of nurses on their corporate work.

Mentoring socially marginalized people though Fundación Integra to assist with accessability to the workforce.
