Providence is a member of the firm's Investigations and Litigation practice and focuses her practice on cartel investigations and civil antitrust litigation. She represents clients involved in domestic and cross border antitrust and other regulatory investigations before the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other US regulators. She advises clients on complex competition issues, including business actions that may amount to a competition violations, premerger notification filings, and compliance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. Providence has assisted clients from a number of industries, including the financial services, aviation, food and agriculture, technology, and sports sectors.

She is also very active in the legal community: Providence is currently a member of the ABA Antitrust Section’s International Cartel Taskforce, and previously served as a Vice-Chair of the ABA Antitrust Section Civil and Practice Procedure Committee. She also serves on the ABA House of Delegates (HOD) as a member of the Resolutions and Impact Committee, and is the young lawyer delegate to the HOD for the Commonwealth of Virginia. She serves on Legal Counsel for the Elderly Young Lawyers Alliance Board. She is a past-Chair of the Diversity Conference for the Virginia State Bar (VSB), and served on the VSB’s Young Lawyers Conference Board. Providence was named a Rising Star by The Legal 500 in 2019 and has been recognized by Legal Bisnow's Trending 40 as one of the top 40 lawyers under 40 in Washington, DC.

Providence previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Roger L. Gregory of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Honorable James R. Spencer of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Henry E. Hudson, also of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
