Phil advises on a wide insolvency and restructuring matters, specialising in multi-jurisdictional and cross-border restructuring and distressed situations. 
He advises on all stages of the distressed credit lifecycle and has experience advising credit funds, international financial institutions and multi-national corporates. He has recently completed a secondment to PIMCO, where he advised the alternative credit and private strategies business on distressed situations, capital solutions and private credit in Europe and the emerging markets.
