Peter heads the German Restructuring Group.

Prior to joining Allen & Overy in 2000 he worked for more than 10 years in various roles for a major German banking group e.g. in Berlin, Luxembourg, Frankfurt and Cologne.

He has extensive experience in the areas of general banking and finance law, national and cross-border acquisition finance and corporate lending, project and real estate finance as well as restructuring and insolvency law.

Peter is a lecturer at the ILF (Institute for Law and Finance, Goethe-University Frankfurt am Main) and regularly publishes in leading journals and books.
