Nick is a partner in our U.S. Private Equity practice. He advises domestic and international clients in the U.S., Europe and across the Asia-Pacific region on a range of market shaping private M&A transactions. 

He has extensive experience advising private equity firms and their funds, family offices, strategic corporates and international conglomerates on their domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, as well as negotiating representation and warranty insurance policies.

Prior to joining A&O, Nick served as the Chair of the Transactional Practice Group in New York at another global law firm. Nick also spent several years at A&O earlier in his career, as a New York-qualified senior foreign lawyer in the firm’s Sydney and Jakarta offices.
