Moritz is a senior associate in our global energy and infrastructure practice and splits his time between Hamburg and Los Angeles.

Moritz advises on domestic and cross-border private and public M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity transactions and reorganisations. His work also captures general corporate law advice. Amid his clients are leading national and international corporations and financial investors as well as midsized and family-owned companies.

In addition he offers an in-depth knowledge of the energy sector including the relevant markets and technologies as well as the regulatory framework for energy intensive industries.
